Alexis Williams-Hall, MA, LPCA

Hi there! I’m Alexis, and I’m so glad you’re here. I have a Master’s in Clinical Mental Health Counseling, a Master’s in Child and Adolescent Psychology, a Master’s Certificate in Applied Behavior Analysis, and a Bachelor’s in Sociology with a minor in Criminal Justice. As a Licensed Professional Counselor Associate, I love working with adolescents (ages 8-12), teens (ages 13-18), adults, and couples. I have experience helping people navigate challenges like anxiety, depression, trauma, and other mental health concerns.

In our work together, I take a person-centered approach because I believe that everyone deserves a safe, respectful space where they can feel heard and supported. My goal is to empower you to discover the strength and potential you already have within yourself. Depending on your needs, I also draw from techniques like cognitive behavioral therapy (CBT), solution-focused brief therapy (SFBT), narrative therapy, and applied behavior analysis (ABA) to make sure our sessions are truly helpful for you.

I’m excited to offer flexible evening and weekend appointments because I know life can get busy! Whether you’d prefer to meet in person or from the comfort of your home through telehealth, I’d love to connect and support you in reaching your goals. Let’s take that first step together!
